Refund Policy

The Grameena Mahila Nutrition Food Foundation's Refund Policy is open and accessible. Our refund policy guarantees that all refunds are handled fairly. If a student expresses his or her intention to not attend the institute and withdraw his or her admission, he or she must visit the branch/center in person and submit a written application stating the reason for seeking a refund. The date on which the written application for refund was submitted at the branch/center will be used to calculate the refund amount.

For a refund, the student must present the following documents:

• A copy of the completed application form
• Proof of fee payment.
• The fee refund will be subject to applicable deductions in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy.
• From the date of application, the refund process will take 4-6 weeks.
